Sizing
Our size system offers an individualized and inclusive fit. Based on height in centimeters, approximate ages are also provided for your reference.
Our size guide shows you how to use your child’s height and measurements to find a true fit.
For woven styles we offer individual sizes from 1-6 years and sizes 7, 8, & 10 for older children.
We use industry body charts to analyze body growth at the different stages of life. Strap lengths, body lengths, and widths follow growth and create consistency in fit across all of our styles.
You should use our chart to find your child’s size based on their current height and measurements. We do not suggest sizing up; you can be confident all sizes have the right amount of room for wear now and wear longer.
The stretch in our knits lends itself to a more relaxed size range. We offer sweaters and essentials in skip sizing 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12. You should use our height and measurement chart to select the best size, taking into account any preferences. For example, if your 5yr old is right in the middle of size 4 & size 6, you can buy based on the ease and length you or your child prefer.

Processing of Orders
Orders are processed in our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during times of high volume such as launches, promotions and holidays. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping - Domestic Orders
Orders under $100 ship via USPS.
Orders over $100 ship via UPS.
*Domestic orders over $250 will receive free shipping.
Shipping - International Orders
Passport Priority or UPS Worldwide Express.
Both options will be available at checkout.
*International orders over $500 will receive free shipping.
At this time, products sold on our website may be located at different locations.
Our past season styles ship from our Brooklyn studio. New collections will ship from our new fulfillment center. If your order contains items from two different locations, you will see multiple shipping fees at checkout.
Transit times
Transit times do not include processing of orders and are dependent on the destination.
USPS: 2 to 5 business days.
UPS: 1 to 5 business days.
Passport Priority: 8 to 14 business days
Fed Ex International Economy: 2 to 5 business days.
UPS Express Worldwide: 2 to 5 business days.
Additional Shipping Fees:
Duties and Taxes vary depending on which country you live in. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refusal to pay customs or duties does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted.
Refused packages are not considered a return and will not be accepted.
Order Changes
We are not able to accommodate any changes to orders after they have been placed. Please proceed carefully as you submit your order.

Cancel Orders
If you make a mistake when placing your order and the items you ordered are not final sale, once you receive your order, please visit our return site to begin a return.
We reserve the right to limit quantities to orders.
Automated Purchases
Automated purchases will be subject to cancelation and incur a 20% restock fee.
